I am a realtor / investor in Western Arkansas (River Valley and NWA) and honestly was very skeptical when I initially started to communicate with Gary, Jesse and Gisela. They were incredibly (!!!) transparent, patient and fair and I have now bought two houses with them and it has gone so well that I will absolutely work with them over and over and over again. They have a lot of integrity and genuinely care about the sellers and buyers of houses… they are NOT shysters trying to make a quick buck; they are about making a business out of helping people and creating win-wins—creating opportunities through helping people solve problems… I was even skeptical when I saw the other positive reviews, and here I am a few short weeks and a couple houses later writing one myself :-) seriously I got nothing but love for these guys…

It was a blast working with Gary & Jesse. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable & fair with pricing.I am the Office Coordinator at a Real Estate Brokerage Firm here in Arkansas. Not only did allow us to represent them in the purchase of the home, they called us back to list the property when finished the renovations. We sold it in 4 days! ABOVE LIST PRICE! Gary & Jesse Rocks!!

Gary and his team are absolutely top notch. I had the pleasure of working with Gary on a home in Benton, AR and my expectations for working with an were blown away. From the first time the lady answered the phone when I called the number on Google I felt at ease. Gary was understanding of our situation and was able to get everything worked out so we closed with zero hassle. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, and God Bless.

Selling my rental property was a big decision, but Gary and his team made the entire process seamless. As a busy wife and mom, I no longer had the time to properly manage the home, and they provided the perfect solution. They viewed the tenant-occupied property, made a fair offer, and closed within 30 days—without any hassle on my end. Their professionalism, efficiency, and clear communication made the experience stress-free. If you’re looking to sell a property quickly and easily, I highly recommend working with them!

There's not one thing I can say bad about Gary and his team. We felt so stuck with our house and its problems that we couldn't afford to address. When we first bought it "as is", we were optimistic. That lasted for a month due to a flooring/tile contractor that literally took $10,000 from us and never came back. So, needless to say, we were very, very upset at such an expensive lesson. It's so easy to get ripped off by people and businesses these days. I basically gave up any hope of making my house a home that we wanted to live in. So, I started checking into House buying companies. I had seen Gary buys houses ads on TV and finally gave them a call. I wanted to see if they were legit. Believe me, I was looking for "the catch" or small print that would shut down selling my house this way. All we got from Gary is a truly great experience. He is as honest as the day is long. All of his team we're very helpful and professional. They cared and listened and we very patent with us. They went out of they're way to help us out and we are forever grateful. So, if you are looking to sell your house don't waste your time calling anyone else. I PROMISE YOU WON'T REGRET IT. They deserve 10 stars. I don't know if you can respond to my post with a question but if you can, your welcome to respond and I will reiterate what I'm saying now. Sorry for such a long post, I just wanted to give you guys something more than five stars.!

We were offered a fair price considering conditions and accepted. I am suspicious by nature and I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop. It never happened. We worked with Matthew, signed the deal and were told it would close in 30.days. It did. We really enjoyed getting to know him and he made the whole process easy. We had other prospective buyers tell us they wouldn't follow through. That turned out to be a lie. They performed exactly as promised. The part I like most is they didn't stick it a portfolio but renovated it and put it on the market. Another family will get to enjoy our mom's house!

Give them a call because Gary buys houses is a Phenomenal company! My situation was very unique. I was in a rent to own home and ready to sell. I had the owners on board but we had no idea how to go about selling that would benefit everyone. I heard Gary buys houses radio ads over and over and finally decided why not give it a try and see what they say. A MONTH LATER THE HOUSE SOLD! Gary, Jesse and Matt made this sale extremely smooth. I learned so much from them through the process and I can honestly say it is the best call I ever made. It never hurts to ask them about any situation you're in and I am 100% proof of their skills.

Our house needed some renovations, so when we wanted to sell, we opted not to go the traditional real estate market route. After being contacted by some out of state buyers, I contacted Gary, who is local in Central Arkansas. Matthew met with us to explain the process to us and look at the house. We felt so much more comfortable with the process than with an out of state company. They are friendly and genuine - they made selling our house easy!

I used this company and they were great to work with. Very professional. I was able to get cash for my house quickly. They also were there every step of the way with the closing of my mother-in-law’s house. She had passed away and there were many obstacles to overcome just to sell the house. The team was great to help me with every obstruction that came my way. They are local to the Little Rock area. I would highly recommend them over a company that is out of state. Trustworthy and dependable!
