I am a realtor / investor in Western Arkansas (River Valley and NWA) and honestly was very skeptical when I initially started to communicate with Gary, Jesse and Gisela. They were incredibly (!!!) transparent, patient and fair and I have now bought two houses with them and it has gone so well that I will absolutely work with them over and over and over again. There's not one thing I can say bad about Gary and his team. We felt so stuck with our house and its problems that we couldn't afford to address. When we first bought it "as is", we were optimistic. That lasted for a month due to a flooring/tile contractor that literally took $10,000 from us and never came back. So, needless to say, we were very, very upset at such an expensive lesson. It's so easy to get ripped off by people and businesses these days. I basically gave up any hope of making my house a home that we wanted to live in. So, I started checking into House buying companies. I had seen Gary buys houses ads on TV and finally gave them a call. I wanted to see if they were legit. Believe me, I was looking for "the catch" or small print that would shut down selling my house this way. All we got from Gary is a truly great experience. He is as honest as the day is long. All of his team we're very helpful and professional. They cared and listened and we very patent with us. They went out of they're way to help us out and we are forever grateful. So, if you are looking to sell your house don't waste your time calling anyone else. I PROMISE YOU WON'T REGRET IT. They deserve 10 stars. I don't know if you can respond to my post with a question but if you can, your welcome to respond and I will reiterate what I'm saying now. Sorry for such a long post, I just wanted to give you guys something more than five stars.!

We were offered a fair price considering conditions and accepted. I am suspicious by nature and I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop. It never happened. We worked with Matthew, signed the deal and were told it would close in 30.days. It did. We really enjoyed getting to know him and he made the whole process easy. We had other prospective buyers tell us they wouldn't follow through. That turned out to be a lie. They performed exactly as promised. The part I like most is they didn't stick it a portfolio but renovated it and put it on the market. Another family will get to enjoy our mom's house!
