We were offered a fair price considering conditions and accepted. I am suspicious by nature and I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop. It never happened. Let’s say the process of closing an estates is long and hard! However Gary’s Knowledge, helpful and always readiness made it easy! Estate and probate is hard but Gary didn’t let it stop him from helping our family through a difficult time!
